Current mood: shocked
My little one finally laughed for the first time!!!! I spent months of tickling her every morning trying to get her to laugh but she never would. Then Adrian gets her today and she finally decides to laugh for the first time! I guess all it took was Daddy to get her to laugh! Sigh... she is Daddy's little girl for sure!
Here is how it happened. Adrian took the day off from work to spend time with Mia and to give me a day off. After reluctantly accepting his offer to take care of her all day, I went upstairs to mess with the computer. Then I heard "Angie! Come here! Quick!", I quickly assumed something was wrong. (Since this morning she kept throwing up for some odd reason.. she’s fine now though) I ran down stairs as quickly as I could. There was Adrian sitting on the couch with little Mia in his arms holding her butterfly rattle. I asked him "What’s wrong?!" he said "I think I got her to laugh!" I didn't believe him at first. Then he got the rattle and shook it close to her face and made its little arms squeeze her nose and "Ah hah haha" She laughed!!!! I couldn't believe it! He tried again but then she got fussy and didn't want to play anymore. (in fact she is still crying right now, I can hear her from up here) Anyways, I still can't believe he got her to laugh and it was sooo cute!

UPDATE! I just found out she ate her first 8oz bottle for the first time!!! Little Mia the eating machine!
