Wow! What a wonderful Mother's Day I had yesterday! I truly feel blessed for having such a wonderful Husband and daughter!
I was spoiled ROTTEN all DAY! It was so nice. Not only did Adrian take full charge of Mia, (all diaper changes, meals, her bath, nap/bed time etc) but he took her to the store with him so I could get alittle more rest!
Mia was on her best behavior all day and constantly made me laugh. She is my little ball of sunshine and she always brightens my day. Her sibling also made my day since they were kicking me more than they ever have before! S/he wanted to let their Mama know that they love her too...awwww!!
Later in the afternoon, I was surprised by the two most beautiful cards I had ever received. Adrian's made me cry and really made me realize that he does appreciate me and all that I do for our little family. I was truly touched. Mia's card was the best. It had a "Super Girl" symbol on the front and called me a Superhero Mommy! haha It was priceless!
I was also spoiled with all my favorite snacks! Including Sun Flower Seeds!!! YUMMY! We spent alot of quality time together and at night I ended the day relaxing with my hubby on the couch watching TV. It was an awesome day!
Its great being a Mama. I do what I do because I love doing it, I don't expect any praise or appreciation, however, when I do get those things I feel so loved!!! I have a wonderful family!
