I have a Waffle Monster on my hands and her name is Mia! Mia LOVES waffles, and not just any type of waffle... the ones made from scratch with blueberries in them. Yes, she is picky but she loves her waffles.. I think more than pancakes!
I started making her waffles one day to use up some of the mix I had in the cabinet. I made them for her a few months back and she showed no interest in them. This time, however, I had her help me make them. She helps me make pancakes so I thought why not waffles too. So once I did that, she fell in love with them. She not only enjoys helping Mama cook them but she loves to eat them. All she asks for now every morning is waffles. When she has them she always gets 2 giant ones! then asks for more!

"Mmmmmmm.....mmmmmmm....I like it Waffles!"
