Current mood: exhausted
Happy Friday! *YAWN* I am sooooooooooooo tired! Man, this balancing act is proving harder and harder everyday, luckily we have been getting TONS of help this week, not only from my Dad but Adrian's Mom as well. That has helped but still, I feel so drained and tired.... *YAWN*
This week has been fun for little Miss Mia. She had her Grandpa Pizano here last week and over this past weekend so you know what that means. FUN TIME! haha She also got to really experience the fun of Halloween! She trick-or-treated not only at the mall but also around the block as well. She loved getting candy and couldn't wait to tear into it when she could. I have been slowly hiding it and throwing it away so she doesn't get too sugared up! haha Suger + terrible 2's = Bald from stress Mama! haha
She cleaned out her pumpkin too! She really had fun doing this until her hand got dirty. Then all she wanted to do was "Wash Hand?" Ya, she has a thing about her hands being dirty... I guess thats a good thing.
Later in the week her Grandma Santos came to visit and shes been having a blast with her as well. Grandma even took her to the park in the morning and they had fun together until it got to hot. At first Mia didn't want to leave but when the slide got "hot!" she agreed and her and Grandma raced home... literally haha.
Bedtime has still been a struggle... however, we seem to be making slight progress. We had two nights in a row where she didn't go up the stairs kicking and screaming AND on Halloween she actually asked to go to bed!! WOW! I hope we are on a good trend, but she still screams and cries in her room and its heartbreaking. Next week will be the big test where MAMA will be taking her to bed. This hasn't happened since a week before Alex was born. Since then she has really become difficult, so needless to say I am a bit nervous.
The terrible 2's are in full force in this house and its driving me nuts!! Mostly because I am so tired from the lack of sleep that its making things worse. I hope things get better soon or we will be in some serious trouble! haha
Well little Alex is stirring now so I need to get going. Overall the week has been good, hopefully we will have another good week this coming week.
